The first dessert I ever made was a yoghurt cake. I remember myself, tiny, and happy as hell to have managed to break the eggs without dropping a single shell. I remember the waiting, the smell of the cake being baked in the oven, and the final result. I was proud, and couldn’t wait to make my mother taste my creation. The years have passed, but the satisfaction I get from baking, and the desire to show my love through it have remained.
